Apple is always soft-spoken with the release dates of their new line of smartphones, and so far, there is no official word on what we expect to be the iPhone 7. The 2016 release of the Apple iPhone 7 is still believed to be a few months away, but we are continually hearing rumors on when and where to expect it. Here in the states, new rumors are materializing on the expected iPhone 7 Plus and US iPhone 7 US release date and there aren’t too many surprises.
The iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 7 US release date rumors comes as no surprise with the official announcement from Apple expected to hold a special announcement event during the 1st week of September. This was the same as last year as Apple made the iPhone 6 release official in September of last year in California, and the consistent nature suggests the same for this year.
No official word out of Apple for the iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 7 US release date, but we’re definitely expecting the same this year. The latest rumors centers on the idea that Samsung will be launching their newest flagship, the Galaxy Note 6 in the US around the same time, and both will be competing with one another for the first to hit the market.
If the current 2016 Apple rumors hold true, we should see the worldwide release on the same day as the US iPhone 7 release. With three versions expected to launch (rumored iPhone 7c) on the same day in most markets, and with a US price expected to near $1000, it’ll be interesting to see how the iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 7 rate against the Note 6.
