According to the rumors on the upcoming Android smartphones, the LG G5 will be equipped with the 5.6-inch TrueHD IPS display, 1.8-GHz octa-core Snapdragon 820 processor, 3GB RAM, Touch ID and 4,000 mAh battery. The device will also sport the 20-MP rear and 10-MP front shooters. Overall, it will be one of the hottest Android smartphones of the recent time.

A new report, published by SamMobile, claims that the device will be released in three different variants in the next year. The processor type will be the differentiating factor. The first version, packed with the Exynos M1 processor, will be released to the consumers in Japan, Korea and Europe. On the other hand, the Indian consumers will get the Exynos-7422 powered version. The third and final Snapdragon 820 powered model will be delivered to the US consumers. Overall, Samsung seems to be planning to bring a variation in their Android smartphones based on the market of the different parts of the world.
